Kelii sat on the railing. Ochako told him to get down due to safety issues, but he just sat there. "Don't lose!" He yelled at Dakota.

Here some info on my OC: His quirk, Pixelation. He has a special diamond, that lets him draw whatever he wants. The diamond makes the item real, but he can only draw something from a video game. He draws the item in mid-air. His reflexes: 10/10 His speed: 7/10 His strength: 6/10 His stealth: 2/10 That's all))

One more thing, I've never really based my character on strength, but mostly just speed. So is it ok if I KiNdA break the barriers from; Reflexes: 10/10 To Reflexes 12/10 Kelii has nearly the fastest reflexes in his class. Even faster than Bakugou's))

Kelii waited for the match to end, so he could go on to the next round. He wanted Dakota to w8n, so he could go against her in the finals.

Kelii had only done a simple move. He quickly moved his body, and stared at Dakota darkly. "You're fast." He grabbed her arm. "But not fast enough." He moved his feet smoothly and swung Dakota up. Then he swung her down at full force towards the ground.

"The number one hero doesn't hold back when against villains." He made a huge crater with the force he had used against the ground to swing Dakota.

Before hitting the ground Kelii had grabbed his arm and "BOOM!" The next thing Dakota saw was nothing but a huge crater. The only thing missing was Kelii. Then he came out the smoke with a broken arm. "Who said it backfired." Kelii grabbed Dakota by the leg, threw her down gently, punched her in mid-air and made her slide far, almost out of bounds. "Dammit, shoulda used full force, you woulda slid pass the line.

"Special energy boost: Military response." Kelii softly said. Kelii has 5 stages to the response system. The response system is a special move that gives him more energy, as well as boosting up his reflexes. 1st stage: Police response. This gives Kelii a normal amount of energy to stay up, and boosts his reflex power from 12 to 13. 2nd stage: Military response. This gives Kelii more energy when he's a little mad. This also boosts his reflex power from 12 to 14. 3rd stage: Demon response. This gives Kelii the amount of energy he needs when he's about to break a limb, also boosting his reflex power from 12 to 14 1/2. 4th stage: Shadow response. This gives Kelii the amount of energy to stay up when he's about to pass out. This also boosts not only his reflexes to 15, but also boosting his strength from 6 to 11. This gives him the reflexes to even copy what his opponent does, this is where the "Shadow" comes from in the name. 5th stage: Unknown response. Kelii has only used it once. But using this-

takes Kelii out of control, not being able to control how far his power goes. After using this stage, he passes out.)) He flipped over and grabbed the ground with his fingers. "Some real fire power for once. But i've dealt with worse."

Kelii seem to have disappeared, but he was just a tiny bit too fast for Dakota's naked eye to see. He slid behind her and knocked her in the ground. He grabbed Dakota's arm and threw her. "Stop laughing."
