It's kinda random and nkt to consistent. I like the color pallet but everything is everywhere. Try adding more patterns instead of random lines and blobs. Take a zebra from example, they have a pattern of stripes. Cheetahs have apatterns of spots. Yours has spots and lines?? That could work if they appear more often but yours is just empty-ish.

This is Hazel. She is the youngest child but she perfers to run solo. She ran away from her home 3 years ago at the age of 11. She survived by herself and still is. She usually hangs out around the back of the High school near the hills were she built her shelter and started her own new life in.
Bro how the hell did he parents not find her is she lives behind her high school? Unless her parents didn't want her. And also if she's basically homeless she has some pretty nice clothes. Maybe make them look more rusty and beat up. A child wouldn't take good care of themselves if they were little and homeless.
