alright, here's some tips for ya. I always set the speed to the fastest because it makes it a lot more smoother (If you add a lot of frames). Add some shading and all of that, all of the small details on your animations will make it look a lot better ;d redraw your character for every frame instead of drawing it around, this improves your drawing skills and makes animations smoother if you draw stickmen or that, put the arms at head hight (Unless you want a neck in there) gravity - make sure it looks like it would be realistic. example: when he/she grabs the balloons, you can make it so the balloons yank her upward and he/she has no control of them. any other useful tips you can find are in Alanbecker tutorials, that helped me a lot and finally, I can't stress this enough, practice More and more and more
