oh no are you ok! DRINK WATER, DON"T EAT FOOD, UH- SIT DOWN AND IF YOU FEEL IT COMING ON AND YOU DON"T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO GO, BARF ON SOMEONE ELSE!!!
did you get a flu or something? get tylenol, some lozenges because sometimes the vomit stays in the throat and makes it sore so if that happens take them, and if you need something to eat buy or grab some graham crackers it helps the throat for me sometimes, and common ones like eating soup, and lay my bb sis, don't force yourself on anything ok?
