i think i am, if i stay still for a long amount of time my hand twitches, and i talk to myself lot, more than i used to, here's the stupid thing, i have a pain in my arm, and i started TALKING TO IT! I was talking to my arm! I think i AM going mentally insane, I don't believe in god, and I am as skinny as my 8-year-old brother, I don't like eating, I truly think I am going to hell when I die. I think im going mentally insane
