if they smoke that's obvious so I'm not pointing that out but secondhand smoke exists too and after brawling with a few old people I find they are weak if literally anyone in your family smokes, or someone in the nursing home smokes, boom lung cancer

Another thing is genetics. This could be some dormant cancer that pops up after a LONNNGG TIME

If it's both sides of your family it's something else.

Yeah its smoking then. Secondhand smoking. Fight an old person one day and you'll understand how they can succumb to a lil bit of smoke that isnt even coming from them. Even if they dont smoke around the grandparents, smoke stains into clothes. Though you need some weak lungs if this is gonna give you lung cancer. If you family has a history of asthma it would make sense.
