At least the jelf avatar thing was for christmas
back in ye olde days i accidentally started a trend at christmas time where everyone would draw jelf the elf (a meme character from a vocaloid producer i liked) and set it as their avatar. Usually with bright flashing red and green lights. Like half the site was flashing for a week. It was a bad trend but at least it had a point yknow :P
