Ok, this gets on my nerves. To assume somebody is nice, cute, or innocent simply by the art they post publicly is just irresponsible. A person’s personality doesn’t always show in the art they choose to create. When I was in the worst part of my life crying myself to sleep every night, guess what I drew? Cutesy romantic comedies. Because art was a coping mechanism for me. And now that I’m okay and happy with my life, I’m much more interested in mystery and true crime and horror. People like to dabble in things that they’re not. Which isn’t to say that every artist is the opposite of what they draw, but simply to point out that judging a person by what they draw is, frankly, stupid. Thanks for coming to my ted talk
