my depression and anxiety hasn't been like this ever. I havent been motivated to do anythinf waking up is a struggle. Half the time im not even motivated to hang out with my friend. And now im crying and eating oreos cause I realized I've been like this since a bit before Christmas
and I hate my own mind but I cant help but retreat to it when im alone. :')
i can help, because thats how i feel, though ive got through it since 6th grade
I have to its just has been recently tho. Its been terrible. I dont even know why and its been stressing me even more
i used to cope by cutting, now i cope by doing makeup- you just need to find your coping skill.. then life gets a bit better, but for me the huge thing was a 10 day partial hospital program, only because i talked with people who understood and went through it too, sorry if this doesnt help
Honestly its not like i know that but it was drawing but now I havent been drawing for myself so im not as interested. I've just always drew for this one person. Thinking about it it started when I gave up on them after being interested for a few years :')
Hope things get better and honestly same- I had like 10 different panic attacks this month alone- nearly went into a seizure in one of them- I almost went to the hospital because of my anxiety and depression- plus I gave up on trying to make my family happy- so yeah I feel you- life sucks but lets hope it gets better-
