The buck issue is about how for some reason, buck, the "ISSUE IGNORE THIS" collectable you see exiting for Rush Hour, like to clone himself, a lot He's just supposed to appear during Rush Hour TWICE with the planned value of 25 coins, buuuuuuut he decides to clone himself 41 TIMES EACH TIME I PLACE HIM!
