I think kinda 2, [criticism comin at yah] but the ears look like an anus and they seem attached to here forehead. The boob isn't angled correctly (just don't draw boobs cause you probably don't have em). Try using a geometric shape as a guide to drawing the face because it looks like a blob of play-doh. The side-bangs look like dangling seaweed and the eyes look like they're from a plastic doll, (also bangs are over-saturated). Idk what to recommend for an eye style, I'd just say put a black dot for now. This for you to improve, not put you down, so don't get triggered
