Same... I came in late 2017, when things got out of control I think. I feel like i messed everything up. I'm involved with a lot of drama because my art sucks, and I get insulted and I try to keep quiet but I just have anger issues. I'm sorry.

I just wanna say I'm sorry for being... Like that But I don't want to dwell on the past, I don't want anyone to. I think we should focus on making the present better over living in the past. It hurts to see a place you love or people you love change or leave you, but there is no such thing as a time machine, and you can never go back to the past. We can always change our present, and our future, and I think we need to be thinking about the change we CAN make rather than the change we cant

I admit. I liked it better when there was more people willing to chat and be nice, people who actually talked and drew etc. When people weren't forced to draw better and work harder because they think that they are an odd one out because they don't have features or have a very small amount of features compared to others. Nowadays, everything seems like a competition. People are also being rude to eachother and starting drama. Not to mention the fact that people waste their times doing rude things like spamming or being trolls specifically to piss people off, because that eventually leads to petty drama as well oofeth- I miss coming to flipanim happy because I know my friends are there and I wont have to cry. This place made me cry a lot but not when I joined in april last year, I kinda felt as if I fit in sorta kinda-

I came in the middle of 2017 and things were escalating quickly. But it's kinda nice to know the platforms getting bigger and bigger, maybe so that filipanim can add more upgrades. At the end most people came here because they wanted to draw.The drama get's kinda dumb but I try to stay out of it.

I really agree, drama was rare, not really loud and a small community just having fun.even though had a few trolls, and some were us there forgiven. but know It's like a war zone. I just hate it. People a lot more rude (not all), Some just made there way just to be edgey. I really miss about in the old days how we worked together, were nice, and quiet and not a bunch of feature thirsty people. So now I just go look at peoples old anims to have that feel again, but it's sad that how much drama I've been in from new people now. I'm not saying they're all bad, I'm saying that some of them are actually young and can't handle the slang or jokes or fun. I just really miss when you get a amount or likes or followers, we didn't care that much, but to care enough for people preaching our work. I just miss it really badly

I sometimes miss the old days, but we shouldn’t stop flipanim from progressing just because we want to talk to our friends more. To get the same feeling, we just need to find somewhere else we can go. Wishing flipanim back to a year ago would mean so much couldn’t have happened. Good things came too. If you want to get with our old group, most of us are on discord or YouTube now, you can even email us. Maybe we can help get some of that first-year vibe back? :)

Well...I suppose I can agree but I suppose I don’t care as much for commenting now because I lost a lot of my FlipAnim friends, along with me leaving FlipAnim for a while, I just lost self motivation for much things. I get that this is just a excuse I suppose but it is true for me which is why I don’t leave comments that are long, I mean I do care I just can’t show how, I want to talk but there’s no one to talk to a lot of people aren’t here most of the time, so honestly yes I do miss the old times where we could chat to people when people may have cared and wanted to talk, I miss being able to chat with people.

I wasn't there back then (I did create my account last year, but I didn't start actually using it until 6 months ago. And plus you're talking about before that too), but reading all of these comments makes me wish I had been there. Even though I didn't know what it was like before, it sounds a lot more nice than it is now. I mean, not to say it's not a great website still, but I do understand what you mean about smaller communities usually forming better bonds with each other.

Old Flipanim sounds really nice. I sort of feel bad, I only joined about a month ago. BTW I like the picture you drew, the style is really pretty. :)
