Alright The wings are way too small, they also look like they are not even real, it looks glued onto the animal, which is not the best idea. Instead have them larger and covering the neck or shoulder, so it looks more realistic. Try adding head fluff, it makes the character more- Fluffy than bald. It just makes it more.... Cuter? And the hair could represent what type of person they are. Square eyes are not the best either, try to make them a bit circle like and it might turn out great.
