the blue goggles make it so he can track anyone and anything,
he's fast and agile, he can be past as unnoticed by anyone if he chooses.
He is also very good with knifes, he able to hit fast moving target's from almost any range.
Give him a gun and a room full of people, and there gone in less then 10 seconds.

I can literally nuke the entire world and can create a whole energy force field out of nowhere
