You are too nice, I grew up around total baby hating demons so I thought it was weird to like anyone younger than myself. I never held a baby or played with a toddler, literally 0 experience even being around anyone more than 2-3 years younger than myself. Now I have two toddlers and they are just the cuuuutest and so fun.
Its fun to have a little buddy when you're just doing some boring crap like shopping or cooking. I especially love going out to parks with them. The other day we were walking around and Nate says "UH BABY SNAKE?" so we caught it and just played with this tiny snakey. Or like, there's a few very secluded rivers that I'll take them to in the summer and just let them swim around naked and catch crawdads lmao.
Little kids are so fun and they don't care if you do some embarrassing weird shit in public, they still think you're the coolest.

I asked your mom why she never had a second kid, she basically made it seem like "Oh well my first kid wouldn't have liked that, she doesn't like sharing and she's kinda spoiled." Which uhhhh yeah that's kinda what happens when you only have one kid lol. She was basically a single child herself too so she would know.
I think your mom just didn't want to go through all the baby stuff again, which is fair I suppose but she totally could have had another kid and it wouldn't have effected her lifestyle that much.
Personally I just have one sister and we're bffs. We still hang out all the time and do fun stuff like going camping or painting etc. So I knew I wanted at least 2 kids for myself. I'm sad our family is all fractured and stupid. I've been making friends with our cousins lately, I never even met them until this year. Hopefully you'll get to come down to Ohio one of these days and I can introduce you to everyone. You will especially like my sister Bree and our cousin Ryan

but like its kind of strange how my direct house dwelling family members are all like "I HATE ALL OF YOUD ABHUSHYGUSGDYGY"
all of the stupid problems they have with them could easily be resolved or ignored.

Yeah for sure, that's just everyone. Its not so bad if your parents don't make you share every single thing though and they don't favor one child.
Your family kinda seems as if they just have nothing better to do but be petty. I get it, sometimes you just get sick of people like "did this motha****a just BREATH near me??" But that's when you have to just get a crazy art project or break into an abandoned hospital lmao. Do something to take your mind of off it.
Its not really your fault if you're spoiled or not. These days anyone with a stable life is spoiled lol. If it was really such an issue they could be doing positive things to guide you like taking you to do volunteer work or take up babysitting.

At some point they have to admit there's not much more they can teach you, a parent can only go so far. They can't just be jerks out of frustration or to artificially imitate the outside world. When you grow up shit gets really hard and your perceptions change, you naturally become more humble. No one can try to force that. It would be like if your dad decided to teach you to be careful around men by suddenly becoming a huge sexist in order to scare you. It just doesn't work. You would become scared of him and learn nothing.
The best thing they could do is model their own behavior so that they don't act like spoiled brats themselves, lol. Of course I'm not a psychologist and I'm not there with you so don't take me dead serious or anything. I just want you to know some times adults can be idiots
Yeahhh if I lived in a different family or they were more mature, maybe siblings wouldn't be a problem, but with these people, they favor a dog over me so I wouldn't put another child past them, besides they'd just pull their compair siblings to eachother, not good
at this point they just start going at me for the stupedist stuff, like the fact I R E A L L Y don't like most people, I used to me more open to people but hey stuff happened and now I'm just like "m? People? Yucky ew" and the fact that one of my ocs is a role model and the opposite biological gender as me
but they are just, so, immature, not humble one bit, most of their life consists of going on rants about how they are like gods compaired to other people and will winge and complain if one little thing upsets them
on the bright side they are great examples of how not to think
sometimes they speak wisdom but that's kinda rare?
And all of their "dicipline" and such had just taught me to be paranoid of doing something wrong constantly
cause when I was like, 6/7 I heavily remember my parents screaming and cussing at me for doing normal annoying kid things, like stealing markers or being too noisy while I was playing with my petshops
I don't think being this scared of your parents is normal ngl
