So I've got a baaassssic story line. (not completely fleshes out but it involves hybrid children being tested on in a project to combine animal DNA and human DNA. The Main character: Elijah is joined by five other children in his group, the group of children in his city that survived the first phase (becoming partially animal) of The Transition (name of the project for now). There are 10 other groups of children that also survived and as they get put through more phases and tests, more will most likely die.
