If it's that athiests don't believe in God their whole life on this earth, than it wouldn't make sense if they went to heaven. Why would God let somebody in heaven if they don't even believe in Him?

Okay so you're trying to ask why people go to hell for sin?
Because the wages of sin is death, we've all sinned (went against God ) It's not God's fault we sin, we are the ones that do it.. Like I said earlier the wages of sin is death, BUT the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ . Therefore through saving faith in Jesus we are saved and sense Jesus died on the cross, that was Jesus paying for the sins of those who come to him and that get saved. BUT Jesus died for everybody, anyone may accept the gift, it's really up to them though.
Also sin is sin, murder is just as much a sin as sinful language.

What would the holding hands be for?? Then the dating, dating in a sexual relationship?? If so, they're able, but no it's not a thing God would approve of, but He would surely still love them, BOTH of them.
