at least this one is i am kinda panicky rn and there are dogs barking and it is making me jittery

im getting better at not showing when i am having anxiety attacks or when i am panicking or something-

kinda a bad thing since it lets me bottle things up and obviously being me i wont tell people about how i am feeling and will just deal with it the wrong way by doing things that in the long runj make it wosre

i remember having a panic attack once in the girl's bathroom in the pe gym and these girls decided to record mne and put it on instagram they were "talking me through it" but i had no idea that they were recording me breaking down right there i was shaking and crying while rickingf back and forth and they just recorded it and put it on the internet and their advice was trash too they were snickering every once in a while quietly
