2: Lineart
Copy and Paste it Over and Over for Pixelated Look :T
Add any tears or scars, etc.
I usually use the smallest option on the Pen.
Also, Make Sure It's Copied for Step #4
3: Begin Coloring the Lineart.
Everything BUT the Eyes(Only Pupils), you'll see why.
4: Add any Markings
Paste the Lineart on Another Frame, then make the Markings on that.
Make sure the Lineart covers any markings if they happen to get on the Lineart.
5.5: After Adding Markings..
Copy the frame with the markings, and paste it on the Actual Drawing.
6: Eyes
Copy the Drawing, the eyes should not be colored yet, the Pupils should be.
Begin Coloring the Eyes, with the base color. (For Example, a Pale Green or Blue.)
6.5: Details
Use the paint roller tool.
You can Shade/Detail them in a few ways, It's showed in the Anim.
The colors used for the frame are beside them.

Sometimes I don't really shade, but for this I will.
Get a Blueish Purple, one Light, and One on the Darker Side.
Shade, preferrably the lighter colors towards the light source, Darker away from it.
(Most of the Time I don't really have a Light Source, so I usually Shade Randomly xD)
That's about it, I think.
If I missed anything, it should be in the Anim.
