step 1. If you do NOT use sketches, i'd recommend them! step 2. Make your base~ Boy, or girl, or any OC or persona! step 3. Add details: hair, clothes, etc. step 4. Add your face! step 5. Color it how you want! it's optional, of course. step 6. Add shades! Also optional! but if you wanna put effort into it, I'd recommend them. TIP: All that matters is you have to put effort in what You are doing!
