np! i think your great at backgrounds! what i would do, first off i would make it nightime because hes a spy im assuming, he wants to look undercover, things to make the night stand out are, rain, and cars with traffic lights shining over them, this'll make it great my friend!

awesome! the trick is to just think of what you want the character to be doing, like here i said put him in night time because hes undercover, its the little things like that that make the drawing so much cooler! anyways im gonna go but this is really good! keep it up! your already better than me my friend :)
