You should care for yourself. You can help people around you , but please remember people around you arent the only ones who need to be helped , sometimes you need to be helped to. dont hide your feelings , let people know how you feel so they can help you.

Maybe try and talk about your feelings with people so they can find a way to help you , try doing something you enjoy doing , maybe try to interact with others more , and try doing more things that can get your mind off things. if you want to talk more let me know
