what do you mean by flat? like lifeless or like, you want it to look more 3d

i unfortunately dont have any advice myself, but you could try to watch videos of look up tips on how to make your art look more lively?

Try focusing on expressions and poses if u want stuff to look more full of life or real think about how the character yer drawing acts and their personality then convey that through their expression and stance
