LinkMy shitty life is garbage right now first my sister and mom have an argument giving me an anxiety attack I had to tell my friend no which is hard for me and my grandma just died and I’m hating my life wishing this didn’t happen wishing these thing aren’t things that happen

LinkAw poor bb send oc's and I choose one so you get fan-art and I know what you mean I have very bad anxiety and get panic attacks when the churches closed I felt like I was dieing and my chest was caving in but u just need to breath and describe your surroundings and you'll get calmer
