Like on really dusted old cables the bacteria becomes mixes together to the point it forms a disease virus like or even forming acidic type form absorbing the cables to live or to gain more strength
And whenever someone touches the infected cables or person infected acidic cables immediately strike inside of the veins traveling through the heart hence killing the person and overtaking their body aka having a new vessel and it continues the same process
Cure?? Probably dies in really warm temperatures or on really salted water
