So I think I have an idea of how I cope. I normally forget things, tho things do remind me of it later on and ends up in panics. I forget things, maybe details, if it stresses me out. And everytime after I forget something its like a slight headache idk. But since this morning, I forgot what happened, it only took me rereading my vent that I even remembered I was upset. I hate my brain, honestly. But yeah, to cope with things, I force myself to get "distracted " so I could forget. Aha my head hurts so imma stop thinking

I dojt know what or who I am. Thats the thing. When I was younger the only people I had to talk to were my family, so I didn't want to disappoint them. So I became and continued to do what pleased them. Then making friends a bit later it got worst. I dont recognize me from a year ago, nor a few years ago
