massive loredrop here First off, the Gel of a Gello is their lifesource basically. a vital "organ" to a gello. It gives them their life, personality, and is the source of their powers. for instance, A gello with a gray gelbelly (still coming up with a name 4 it) would normally be a quiet one, didnt like fights, normally just was calm overall. A yellow gelbelly'd Gello would most likely be energetic, happy, and a theraputic friend. So...do you see the problem with not having any gel? Gellos without their gel were called Undead Gellos during the mid-war timeframe. Why? Because when a Gello died, their gel slowly faded away, becoming grayer and grayer until it eroded. During the war, many of the Gelloian soldiers had passed and the higher classed Gellos wanted more soldiers to fight their creators. While doing this, one of the "royal" scientists figured out a way to reserect Gellos, even without their gel. (not saying 4 lore reasons later on)
