being put in a barrel in a mossy swamp with your legs arms and head out of the barrel, being fed once a day so when you have to poop you shit yourself and it just stays there, like feed them some terrible taco bell they will be shittin. and then once the poop stays for a while bugs and stuff will come and maybe even slowly devour the victim just repeat until they are dead
