she was revived on accident as this (A very curious Tsuna wanted to know if she could revive Lizzie, but while making the potion, Tsuna accidentally spilled ink into the potion, and noticed the ink dissolved. She tried the revival potion on Lizzie, but instead of reviving Lizzie, the ink made her (Lizzie) turn into the thing you see in this anim.) and yeah
