it's the exact same for me the more sleep i have, the more exhausted i am

i got 5 hours sleep coz there was thunder so close to my house it killed my ears

I got like 2. Last night was the worst

HA!!! Try almost turning the oven on while you’re trying to turn off the oven light because you have to sleep on the COUCH!!!

that's just rem cycles you only feel ready to start the day when you wake up if you've had like 3, 2, 1 rem cycles of sleep

I slept at 7 and woke up at 2
