My l.e.d lights stopped working :( I have had them since last Christmas so it’s weird they aren’t working. They were still on but the remote wasn’t working and I have an app to control it from my phone and it just said my leds were “offline”. Has this happened to anyone before? It might just be the remote needs a different battery. I unplugged the strip and plugged it back in even and it just doesn’t turn on anymore :( it hurts me inside. I feel guilty even though I know it’s not my fault.
