Just add a layer of flowers, add a frame (go to the layers with flowers) put it on clipboard, go to your new frame, paste the flower there, and move them around in a place where you want them to be. Then paste it to your picture. (I advise starting smaller to a little bigger flowers, starting with the far to close to the fourth wall)
(If you want them in a line, ok)
