Literally any time th4y stand up yalls have to like pause for a few seconds causes you get lightheaded,, it’s been happening for like a few months now and I don’t really think much of it,, ‘it’s gotten really bad a few times but it’s not that awful, the worst it’s gotten was a while back maybe two months ago when I was on my cycle and had really bad cramps,,, I went to piss and was like, my bones felt cold I could barely breath my mind was foggy and dizzy, I went to stand to wash my hands and passed out, If u know what my bathroom looks like a fell to my side into the bathtub an8d hit my head, crawled o-it and kinda jsut laid on the bathroom floor for a bit before crawling aback to bed on my hands and knees That’s the worst it’s gotten There’s a lot of running into walls and door s when I try to ignore it tho, jsut curious if anyone else deals with hat
