The bangs are called princess bangs or Hime bangs. They are a Japanese traditional hair style that has been modernized.
it doesn't really look like a hair cut more that u change the style but still so cute
I only really cut my bangs and trimmed the rest of my hair. I had bangs before but they grew out.
