The cold harsh air filled every last bit of the area, There wasn't a single spec left out to be alone in the so called "party of a billion" as some would call it. The dog could smell almost a hundred smells, and probably a dozen more sounds in just one singular town. A pie, left out on a woman's window, cooling to be the next victim for dessert later for her starving kids. Car horns roaring as loud as they could in the distance out on Sunny St., howerver, the dog didn't seem care for the insignificant noises and smells calling out to the dog just to explore to find each and every one of them like a game of hide-and-seek. No, the dog only cared for one and only one thing she called as her "goal", to find food from this town. This "goal" of hers was pretty easy to her, as most of the people in the town knew the dog pretty well, and knew she was a sweet little husky, so going up to people's doors and begging aka whining was a simple solution to achieve her main goal for the night. The dog's stomach was slo

mach was slowly starting to beg for food as well, 'cause the dog felt as if a little person living in her body was poking at her stomach with a knife begging for food as it too was hungry as well. So the dog went up to the first house she saw, it belonged to an old lady, about 77 years old, but she was a very caring person according the towns people and their pets, and would allow them to come in for a small glass of milk and some chocolate chip cookies, and maybe a story. The storys she told to every body that she invited in never got old to them, and was a natural thing herself and everybody that came in waited for, like how a dog wiggles and waits unpaitentily for the piece of food a human gives to it. This trait of hers had earned her the nickname "the town's grandma" and she never seemed to care for the nickname at all. The dog quietly went up to the frontyard of her house, luckily, everyone's front yard had hard cold concrete almost as cold like ice that shut the dogs footsteps like as if once you place

placed a single toe on the concrete, it had put ducktape around your footstep's sound instantly, forcing it to "shut the hell up and be quiet" like how a librarian shushes everyone who dare make a single snicker. Once the dog had gotten to the old lady's door, she scratched at it, the scratching noise echoed freebly around the town, as if to let everyone know that the dog was here to steal your food and you should give her yours. But there was no footsteps to be heard, plus there was no car claiming it's rightful place on the concrete like every car did somewhere. So the dog got up and went to Charlotte's house. END CH 1.
