I would say that this thing Makarov’s child but not exactly? At least not by human standards maybe. This creation was just apart of him at some point, that being said you’d be putting yourself in danger trusting it- its basically in it's dna to be as barbaric and bloodthirsty as it’s maker no matter how nice it tries to be. Also I won’t get into who or what gave it that hair.
