Rude as hell, doesn't like anyone, but does feel horrible for burning Mr.Moon and has been trying to apologize since, but hasn't due to Mr.Moon always running away.
Mr.Moon:

This poor thing was the light and hope of everyone, always cheering people up and helping people prosper by giving them water until he got burned for helping save someone from Mr.Sunrise's wrath. He doesn't talk much and doesn't really do anything but run from Mr.Sunrise, scared to get burned again. He now has a face he is far from proud of and just wants to curl up and cry.
