The event happened during winter, the full, silvery moon casting its light over the snow that piled up on the bare ground. A wolf was pacing the forest. The wolf was a gray wolf but with a white underbelly. GreyTail, the gray wolf, was looking for food. GreyTail loved hunting at midnight. GreyTail stumbled across a rabbit who hopped by him. GreyTail crouched down to pounce on his prey. Then suddenly, out of nowhere a shadow struck him. Before the wolf could see his attacker, his throat was slit open, and his body was torn there to bleed out in the snow. The killer was all black with white paws, which were now stained bloody red, and the murder had bright yellow eyes. The killer held down the wolf’s corpse, blood splattered across his white belly. He smirked in the darkness as he disappeared from the dark. Most did not know his true identity, but there were more coming. This wolf was the most dangerous creature in the forest.

This wolf was the one who had ended the Clawless group, a pack of peace-making canines, by killing all of the wolves in it. The killer’s next target was a group called the Night Howlers. He was going to destroy the forest and nobody would stop him from achieving his plans.
