for those who don't know kotoamatsukami was a genjutsu used by shisui Uchiha. notice how I said was. kotoamatsukami was only given to one user of the Sharingan (shisui) who died and 1 of his eyes was stolen by Danzo (leader of the Anbu at the time) and the other was destroyed by Itachi Uchiha. kotoamutsukami was the most powerful genjutsu at the time being even stronger than Tsukuyomi. kotoamatsukami allowed the user to control other people without them even knowing they were being controlled
