Linki know it isnt right but theres something about seeing all that red on my hands and arms makes me feel good somehow

Stuff like that can cause loss of blood and possibly infections
I recommend you stop
And do something safer
Such as
Get a rubber band (preferably hair tie or scrunchie or however you spell it-)
And put it on your wrist
And proceeded to kinda flick it on your wrist put tugging on one side and letting it go
(Repeat as much as you feel like to ‘get it all out’)
It doesn’t hurt as much, and it doesn’t cause that much harm
Just make sure it doesn’t cut off your circulation
