LinkFor binding if you dont know what that means ill explain it to ya :3
1. Dont wear one thats too short! It doesn't make your chest smaller and cause sever rib damage
2.if you have a binder wear 8 hours max but take breaks. I know dysphoria sucks and you dont like your tibbies but you gotta be safe ;w;
3. Dont sleep or exercise in your binder it can mess up the way you breathe when you sleep
4. Please dont you use tape unless it was made specifically for yee body parts. It can tear and rip your skin

LinkSadly all i can do to help my trans sisters is how to make your voice sound higher, how to tuck ur yknow and help with hairstyles ;w; i might be able to help with shopping but idk
1. confidence , when u walk and talk be confident when u walk gently swing ur hips from side to side, if u have a masculine voice talk gently/softly but make sure ur confident :D
2. i hate gender roles but buy clothes that are feminine colors pink,purple,pastels,white :)
3. make up if can, do dat eye liner makes u look semxy :)
4. practice doing female voice gently raiser your voice octave and practice youtube has many good video's on it
5. when u sit and stand have ur legs close together sit with ur legs crossed and stand with ur legs together
6. hand placement also helps when standing maybe hold ur hands infront of u or behind u or on ur hips
:)
My mom won't let me get a binder because she says that it damages tissue the more you wear it.. so that makes my problems worse ;-;
