When my friend first felt the pain she immediately scheduled an appointment and got it removed, you might want to get it out fast and just bear with the pain for like 2 weeks and after that I think it should be ok…
maybe impacted you should get it pulled soon in case it causes damage to your molar in front of it
if it makes you feel better, when i got mines removed i never got any pain after, just the uncomfortable feeling the first day but after that i felt nothing bad, i even escaped from getting injected with those anti pain injections that were obligatory because i was fine
