LinkAwesome! I wouldn't say it's realism, but it's a sweet idea to give it to your sister, whether it's realistic or not, she'll appreciate it :) Lots of time has to be spent on realistic draws, at least a few hours. But once you draw over and over again realistically, it'll be a little easier and faster (sometimes) to do. My tip is just to keep practicing, this is a great start :)

LinkTy!
ok, if i'm being honest, no it's not that great, but it's not horrible. some tips is to maybe use guidelines to help with the proportions and the perspective. her right eye is like straight up looking flat and the other one has some angle. i recommend studying the anatomy of the face even if you do want it a little cartoony (yes ik it can be boring but it'll be worth it in the long run) also if you want to make the hair more realistic, make the patches of hair like you did in the drawing and then start adding strands. overall, i think it's ok, it needs a lot of work, but if you keep drawing with references, you can get really good. you can also use other references of people, or more pictures of your sister, but to help out, do different angles so you can learn the shape of the face.
its ok, some critics would be, the head shape you gave it a refined jaw from the real image her head seems more like an upside-down egg the one eye is a bit big and some other things are a bit off, but over all its pretty good! just try to work on somethings. I really think your sister will like it.
