Just gonna ramble about Yema Uh, feel free to ramble about your ocs here too, or ask questions about mine

Yema is just so pretty?? I love her??

also like. She's ridiculouy story important. So much shit probably wouldn't have happened without her.. considering she's the mother of.. 70% of the last archae generation and the grandmother of 90% of the recent archae generation. She helped Old protect the realm on several occasions (wouldn't have been as successful without her, and probably would've ended in failure atleast once)

also btw that streak behind her eye isn't like. Sans eye. Its actually a marking

fun fact: Yema's arcane element is earth, though specifically rocks and like. Plants. Not crystals. She often uses this ability to protect herself. She can't straight up levitate rocks like she's earth bending, but she can manipulate the ground to make barriers to block attacks if given time to react

And for her plant related abilities she can like. Making plants grow quickly compared to the normal rate but its not. Its not really threatening. It just kinda creeps along.

Its more of an aesthetic ability than anything

idk might change her arcane element a bit. Instead of earth/nature i might make her earth/fire to give her,,, lava,, but also maintain the earth barrier shield ability but still match her pallete

she's also like. Gone through some really good development. She went from "I'm gonna beat my own daughter to death because she got in my way to simping for demon god" to "wait this is wrong I should stop" to "I wanna be a good mom and take care of my kids and be a good person and protect/help people"

it waw better than that.. I just. It's oneof those things where it doesn't sound good in theory but you actually see it happen over time and you end up bonding with that character and to see them grow and be a better person just makes me go 💖💖
