LinkI reference Spongebob a lot. Whether it's in a school project or just a comment, I've loved Spongebob for as long as I can remember, and I'm serious. I actually can't remember a time when I DIDN'T love Spongebob. All those episodes, characters, stories, it was all becausse of Hillenburg. This news has really saddened me. I love Spongebob, I love Hillenburg, I love Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Plankton, Karen, Sandy, Fred, Tom, The Goofy Goober Peanut, and all those other characters featured in one of my favorite cartoons of all time. It's really sad to see such an influence pass away like this. Respects to Hillenburg and his family.

LinkPREACH
So they announced spinoffs in February, 3 months after Hillenburg's death.
Fast forward to June, they announced one of the spinoffs.
CGI animated prequel series at Kamp Koral.
Paul Tibbett confirmed that he hates it and Hillenburg would've too. That's coming from the guy who has been with the show since the early 2000's, probably 1999.
And here we have the one piece of Spongebob content I refuse to watch.
I wanna say the third movie too, but not entirely sure on that one.
One year since Steve died and I still can't over it. This is the dude behind SPONGEBOB, one of my favorite shows of all time, and the one that influenced me the most, no doubt. Sure, Fairly Oddparents gave me a lot of laughs. Yes, Simpsons is an undisputed classic. True, I loved Phineas and Ferb a lot, for a time, more than Spongebob. But even after loving those for so long, Spongebob continues to win me over. I've loved it for literally my entire life! Since 2003! I remember even in PRE-SCHOOL, I'd quote the show, and everyone else knew what I was referencing. Spongebob gave me so many fond memories, and the fact that I'm still not over the fact that the creator died A YEAR AGO shows just how much Spongebob meant and means to me and just how much Steve's death still affects me.

If I could donate to find an ALS cure, I would give as much as I could in a heartbeat.
