Take a lighter or less saturated version of red, and take the paint rolling tool to add blood stains however you like. If you want texture, use a pencil with a slightly darker shade to add that texture.

Depends on what kind of blood stain it is. On fur: the blood generally spreads out from the wound, naturally, and it'd dye the different strands of hair/fur differently. Use a lighter orange-red on the outside of the stain and a darker red/red-brown nearer to the wound. Whatever direction the fur is going you'd make lines in that direction with the color This is probably all inaccurate advice because I have no experience with Gore on animals but I hope this kinda helps
