Recently, I've been waking up at like 4 am, and then fall asleep at 5:30 right away. Then in the morning I'm fine and sometimes don't even remember what happened. Does anyone have an explanation?

well when you sleep your mind is being cleared to help your brain cells cal down..once its calmed down it cleared mostly what happened before you slept
