It's great how Tolkien managed to write the hobbit and make it feel like an antique.

thanks :,) yeah I really just felt the colors kinda just roll out while making this?? I started re-reading The Hobbit, and the way it's written makes it feel so old and classy and tale-like so I put my effort into it for the sake of showing how much I enjoyed the book. You know, Tolkien may be dead but I hope he, wherever u go after death, is there, and knows that what he made is appreciated by thousands long after death.

Unfortunately the Ent's don't show up till Lord of the Rings. They are in the first book, in the Old Forest, and show up in the second, while in Fangorn. And in the third, after the battle of Isengard and during the return of everyone. Ent's are pretty epic.

Did you know, Tolkien was inspired to make Ent's after he watched a play, and in the play it didn't show tree's marching to war (I don't even know what the play is it must be trippy) and he was disappointed, so he made, in the book, a bunch of trees march to war. He also wrote a song for them inside the book, marching to war. I sang the song over and over again god I love Tolkien's art.

it kind of sucks that Peter Jackson didn't add the songs to the movie trilogy just another reason why the books are better

Tbh compared to what Tolkien set out for everyone, this isn't even trivia it's just basic knowledge from someone who actually read the books
