His ability is basically in 1 second he does 24 actions so basically instead of 1 punch in 1 second he has to follow this path of punches that make it super fast. and for speed it's basically when he starts running that's the base speed when he activates his ability it speeds him up by moving those 24 paces in 1 second so basically an example would be if you started walking and activated it you'd move a little faster then the speed you were walking, activate it again and you're moving faster then that and it just stacks and stacks till he's a speed machine.
