this literally disgusts me. You should really report this. I know that it is really really hard to talk about stuff like this to like school administrators that you don't know or trust at all but this is just too serious to not tell someone about. I have been in a situation like this which you already know, and It literally pains me that you have too. Honestly I know we aren't close anymore but like for some reason I feel a strong sense of I want you to not hurt because I know how much you already are hurting/have hurt and I would do anything to make sure you dont hurt anymore. Knowing someone has treated you this way and you even tried to stop it and they didnt listen literally makes me a bit homicidal. I am really really glad you have friends that are on your side about this cause what she did to you is ****ing disgusting.
